Approach
From the first listing to the repeat order.
Market entry is not a campaign. It is a sequence, and most of it happens after the first sample ships.
Brand strategy
Your wine does not change. Its presentation does.
A price list that works in Verona rarely works in Düsseldorf. German buyers read segments, margins and availability before they read romance — and they read it in German.
We do not rebrand your estate. We translate its case into the terms the German-speaking trade uses to make decisions, and we design the material so it survives the buyer's desk.
What happens after you say yes
Five steps.
- 01
Briefing
One call. Your range, your price positioning, your capacity, the countries you already serve.
- 02
Material
Price list and estate information revised, translated and designed for German-speaking buyers. Depending on the program: adapted, or created from scratch.
- 03
Distribution
Dispatch to the selected buyer addresses. Depending on the program, extended to regional wholesalers supplying gastronomy and to smaller specialist retailers.
- 04
Samples
Requests come in. Depending on the program they are forwarded to you, or we manage the conversation and you only ship.
- 05
Follow-up
The part that decides the outcome. Structured, and only where the house has asked to be contacted — a telephone follow-up is never automatic and differs by country. Optionally continued as post-sale retention.
What we do not do
The boundaries, stated up front.
- We do not take your wine into our own portfolio, and we do not ask for exclusivity.
- We hold no stock and do not import on our own account.
- We do not guarantee listings — no honest partner does.
- We do not run your logistics, customs or excise. We coordinate with whoever does.
